Buying and selling a home can be confusing to a person who only does this process a few times in their lifetime. Rosemary is committed to providing excellent customer service in the search for your new home, or the sale of your current home. In her 18 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer she consistently received customer services scores above 95%. Providing the client with the information they need to make an informed decision is paramount when working with her clients. Rosemary has worked in the Mortgage Industry for both Banks and Mortgage companies. She has attained the designation of Presidents Club, which represented the top 20 percent of the Loan Officers, as well as Chairman’s club, representing the top 5% of Loan Officers of a large National Lender. In addition, Rosemary was also a Realtor in Maryland for 4 years.
Rosemary, her husband Mark, and their daughter Nicole, moved to the Ponte Vedra area in 2008. Their love of the Florida sun and, and immediate access to the beach are what drew them to the area. They enjoy life in the Willowcove neighborhood, where they settled in 2010. Nicole will be entering Nease High School this year.
Rosemary attended the University of Maryland, studying Business Management and Computer Science. She has lived in Maryland, Tennessee, Connecticut, Ohio. Rosemary has volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician in Maryland (EMT), Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), coached Basketball and Lacrosse, cared for her elder parents, of whom her mom still lives with her. She has also volunteered as room mom for her daughter’s class and team mom for her daughter’s competitive cheer team.
Rosemary was a member in good standing in the Howard County, Maryland Board of Realtor, St Johns County Board of Realtors and is a current member of NEFAR. She embraces life and knows nothing better than working with people to achieve their goals of home ownership.
